Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Log in to your Women'secret account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth verification process.
Schedule a Pickup
Our courier partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to collect the parcel from your registered Saudi Arabian shipping address.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 working days.
